This gym is amazing! Clean & well kept! Staff is amazing! They have a couple new hires who are very nice! They do a great job! I notice alot of the negative reviews are stuff that are completely out of their control! So that’s a positive sign! This is a 5 star gym and is one of Cape Coral’s best kept secrets!

I highly recommend Wellway! I’ve been working out there for many years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about it. The facility is always spotless, the atmosphere is welcoming and energetic, and the class instructors are absolutely outstanding. I’ve taken Yoga, Zumba, and Body Pump classes, and I have to say the group fitness leader has created some incredible Zumbathons. These events bring so many new people in to experience Zumba while creating an exciting and positive environment for everyone involved. One of the things I appreciate most is how beautifully they decorate the room and allow each instructor to perform three songs. It gives members a chance to experience different teaching styles, music, and energy levels so they can find the instructors and classes they connect with the most. Please let your group fitness manager, Lisa Brown, know how much I sincerely appreciate everything she has done for us. Her hard work, creativity, and dedication truly make a difference and do not go unnoticed. The sense of community, motivation, and positive energy at Wellway is something special, and it truly sets this gym apart from every other fitness center in the area. I always look forward to coming back, and I’m grateful to be part of such an amazing fitness community.

Cancelled our membership online. We were charged for 4 months after. Each month we called and they assured us we would be refunded and the membership cancelled. Finally after months they refunded 2 months of the membership, despite telling us the previous months that we would be refunded. They claimed there was no documentation that we would be refunded the other two months- so basically I called and THEY didn’t document THEIR mistake and then decided to rip us off for THEIR negligence. When we called each time, we spoke to a male manager who assured us we would be refunded each time. Now they are completely avoiding my calls and refusing to call me back. Don’t support bad business. The gym itself is okay. It’s small and their isn’t a ton of equipment. The locker room is old, ugly, outdated and mediocrely cleaned. Steam room is gross.

First time here today - I was looking for a place with a gym, pool and sauna. This place has a steam room instead of a sauna so I decided to give it a try. Really awesome experience! I am doing their 3 day trial. Nice workout room with machines/ellipticals as well as free weights. I did some upper body free weight exercises first, then did a weird curved treadmill thing, then a stair climber machine, then I went in the steam room and it cleared my sinus very well, then used the pool (they have a saltwater pool instead of chlorine) and then went back to the steam room. Would really recommend. Just hope you all don’t see this and it gets to crowded lol

The staff is fantastic. Everyone is courteous and friendly. Tiles in men’s steam room have been broken for years. Showers take forever to be repaired. Tissues and soap are there about half the time. I’ve been a member for 12 years and since Well Way took over my dues have increased 50%. The note about only 1 towel is wrong. Many people need more than 1 small towel to shower. You immediately fired the best trainer Heather because she was paid too much. There used to be a woman cooking fresh baked goods where you are trying to sell products. When Cafe You took over the kitchen they said they would keep Ginny but she was fired as well. From my perspective your value to me has decreased significantly. Compared to other local gyms the value is significantly lower. I wonder if you are owned by private equity as they only care about increasing profits so they can sell the business at a profit.
