I recently moved to the area and was recommended this laundromat by a bank teller while trying to get quarters to wash and dry in Palolo Valley. Fortunately she mentioned this place which is now much closer to where I stay. In addition to the convenience of location the laundromat offers customers another option to pay using an app which allows me to do my laundry without the extra step of heading to the bank to take out quarters.
Excellent! Price is perfect. Dryers dry well and washers had clothes feeling clean and smelling fresh. Will return for sure. Manager responded promptly when help was needed. Fantastic.
Very clean. Shame on those who leave their trash behind. Very comvienent. I called the number to let the owner know that one of the dryers was spitting my coins out. He said he would take a look. Very pleasant to speak with!
Great!! Pay by phone or quarters, clean, longer washes for the price compared to other laundromats (my clothes actually feel clean!). Friday at noon during the summer - had the whole laundromat to myself…winning!
This review is for the laundromat in Kalihi. I do laundry here quite often and am pleased with the service. The equipment is efficient. Recently there was a power outage while I was finishing up my laundry in the dryer. The staff was helpful and responsive when I reached out for assistance. They also reimbursed me for the $ and time lost during the power outage. I would definitely recommend this place because of their great customer service.
