I love this place; the staff is absolutely amazing and are the nicest people you can meet. I honestly look forward to my appointments just for the conversations with the staff. The receptionist at the front desk is always in a good mood and very understanding when calling out. And for the staff in the back they all are great people and very genuine. Dr.Mike is super friendly and you can have conversations with him to the point where he feels like a friend. Overall great experience here for the past year and a half, and I will be upset when I no longer have any appointments. I wish I could do more than 5 stars!!
Hands down Total Vitality is by far the best Therapy group I've ever experienced. Dr Mike is an amazing physician and his entire staff is beyond wonderful and do amazing work. I recommend all my family and friends here. Clean, efficient, family oriented, respectful, etc.
Upon my first visit to Total Vitality, I felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked in. Katie and Lacey greeted me with a smile and were very professional. The professionalism displayed by every staff member is phenomenal, and the facility is clean and well put together. Thank you Total Vitality for the hospitality shown!!
I always have a wonderful experience at this location! From the time I walk in to the front desk, to the time I spend in the back, it is always rewarding. Lacey & Katie at the front desk are always kind & efficient. Dr. Mike is extremely helpful & professional. I highly recommend Total Vitality Brandon as your next pit stop to relief!
I highly recommend this office and location Dr. Mike and his staff is amazing! Very professional and friendly and they work hard on trying to get you back healthy. Great place.
