I never leave reviews but after multiple visits to this salon i felt the need. I always book with a specific girl ( for a reason) and i always got shoved off to someone else. I’m not sure what the point of booking an appointment is at that point. The woman that i always get stuck with always cuts me with the nail drill. doesn’t apologize just looks at me. The owner was told about this occurrence, nothing changed. This was my third time, and i was in intense pain. I’ve gone to multiple nail salons and have never been injured or cut. I’ve also only had this issue with this specific nail tech ( don’t remember her name) She was Unfortunately too worried about her phone and rushed through the service. Very poor customer service aswell. It’s Cheap and the nails look decent. Very disappointing. Not sure what happened to the old owner but she was great.

They are under new management and the ladies there were SPECTACULAR, so nice and friendly and I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. Sandrita is the best, it was my first time with her and she superseded my expectations. I love that they all speak Spanish and I felt in my element. Great customer service and beautiful work well done

Would have been 5 stars, but 3 days later 2 nails are starting to lift. I LOVED this place, it was my first time here. Everyone was super friendly and I got an amazing deal on spa pedi plus fill/color change with intricate design + rhinestones. The nail art is by far the best I have ever had. Michael did my nails and Tyler did my spa pedi. Tyler gave the leg/foot massage I have ever had at a nail salon, it was wonderful! I don't like the early lifting on the nails but otherwise this is my new fave place!

Best place in Cape Coral FL Every time I come here to get my nails done I leave very satisfied and pleased. The place is super clean and the ladies are super cool I always have a great time here we laugh and enjoy our self. I recommend coming here get your nails done!
