VERY DISAPPOINTED! After planning a trip for our family of 13 to Marco Island we were so excited to book sunset pictures. Not only was Casey late to our photo time - she missed the sunset! There isn’t a decent picture of our group all together and a lot of the photos of the small families are blurry, grainy and bad quality. I have attached two for example. My mother-in-law has tried to contact her several times to see if she can edit the pictures, but she has not responded. Completely unprofessional! Do not waste your time or money.
Casey was the absolute best! She photographed our surprise engagement on the beach, and worked closely with my fiance right up until the big moment. She was super accommodating, discrete and a total professional. Her photos are beautiful, and she coached us through every moment. And you cannot beat the price given the high quality service you get in return. We cannot thank her enough for these memories, and we highly suggest her services!!
I do not recommend using this photographer. She took my deposit in late May for a mid-June photo shoot. Her email said she would send along details after receiving the deposit but I got nothing. I emailed her numerous times for details, confirmation etc but didn't hear back until 2 days before our scheduled shoot. By then, I had hired another photographer because I never heard from her! Very poor communication.
Casey is proof that there are still good people in this world. She noticed me trying to take some photos of my family— and kindly offered to take the photo for me. She then proceeded to give our family an impromptu photo session on the beach at sunset. Casey knows how to work with young kids—She was able to perfectly capture the personalities of each of our three boys! The photos we got are incredible!! We are beyond impressed with her skill!
Casey was absolutely amazing! She had an entire setup on the beach prepared and was able to capture my proposal in the most magical way. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone needing a photographer on Marco Island!
