Mr. Cardozo was very proficient in working on my taxes and helped me receive the utmost tax return I could receive. He promised to complete my taxes within 3 days and I was able to pick up my papers on the day he promised. His assistant, Tamara is also very quick in responding to all my questions. I highly recommend his services and his prices are very reasonable compared to my previous accountants that I was using.

I hired Codozo to handle my 2024 taxes. Unfortunately, the process wasn't managed properly: key steps were omitted, causing delays and problems with my return. Communication was inconsistent, and the professionalism I previously experienced when they worked from an office has noticeably declined since they moved to a work-from-home system. Overall, the process felt disorganized, and based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them. And please don't say I'm not their client. Because I already know the tricks they use. I was their client for so many years, and they're going to deny it?

I had a problem with my 2024 tax return and contacted Codozo for help. Instead of handling the matter professionally, he insisted it wasn't his problem and offered no solution. He repeatedly said, "It's not my fault that happened to you," and became agitated on the phone. He didn't provide any clear explanation of what went wrong. My wife and I were frustrated by his lack of accountability. While he was professional at first, that changed when a problem arose. I don't know if working from home contributed to the issue, but I've never encountered anything like this before. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service. Please don't treat your clients this way. Bon appétit.
