We only needed a one-time general pest service as we will be selling the house in the near future. The technician was very professional and took the time to answer my questions. Definitely would recommend them; also, quite reasonable compared to other companies we contacted.

Extremely unprofessional service. While they promise stars they don’t take care of professional schedules and live up to their own promises. Staff keep changing. I have to chase them and remind them for every service. They don’t seem to have any schedule records. They show up unplanned, then perform outer service only, which is ineffective. Unfortunate to get stuck with them. I would not recommend anyone to go for the periodic service contract with them.

5 star service. Arrived on time and with a big Texas smile. No sales pressure or silly upgrade offers. Chemicals are safe for our kids and pets. Fair pricing. What else can you ask for?

I was buying a new home and they were supposed to do a full inspection.
