takes forever to get anything done. County council needs to reduce the paper work. it seems like there is always one more requirement. the whole county system is very inefficient. I don't blame the employees. the management of the county admin offices is terrible..

These are good people. They are very busy, and have the horrendous job of putting up with impatient jerks like myself and everyone else in there. If you are in a hurry, no, it won't go well. If you actually treat them like human beings, not computers there to serve you, I've found that they've always been helpful, though not necessarily getting the answers I want or the speed I want to get them in, they've almost always seemed to care, even when I do get frustrated with them.

Horrible service and employees working there care very little about their job. Submitted an appeal for my property value over 3 months ago, and still no answer. Every time I call they say we are about to go out and assess your area. Today the lady who was rude and dismissive of my frustration said that it could be the middle of next year before I hear anything. Really? An entire year? Tried to explain my frustration and she said have a good day and ended call. True to the stereotype of the government sucking at almost everything.

If I could give less stars, I would. Apparently no one works here because I’ve been left on hold for forty minutes at a time multiple times, and then sent to voicemail. I have left four voicemails, and have not heard back. It’s been over a month since the first voicemail was left.
