When a parent passes you have so many feels from sad, stressed, to confused. Alexis and Bruce helped me make this very difficult time a hole lot easier. I was always told how difficult probate court could be with these two it was seamless and comforting to know this great team was working to take care of my fathers wishes. Alexis had done a will for my father so I called her after I found it and she took over from there to file his probate court case and close out his life. Thank you Alexis and Bruce take care!

Recently met with Attorney Sitka and her associates to help my father deal with the passing of his brother. She was very patient with my father and I, took time to listen and understand the issues, and handled our situation with compassion and caring. While the need for her services was limited and we didn't live in the area, if you are in the area and do need a probate attorney she and her staff are wonderful, knowledgable, patient, and worked with us on the narrow time line we had to resolve the issues we encountered. I didn't necessarily have an appointment when I was inquiring about speaking to a lawyer. I was a bit nervous, however, the staff was kind and took it upon themselves to see if the attorney Ms. Alexis was available. To my surprise she decided to speak to me. She didn't display any discomfort, she gently sat and listened to my concerns. She actively listened without interrupting and sought to understand the core issue to my problem. She voiced my options and jotted down any possible consideration or angles I may consider and more. Ms. Alexis displayed empathy, professionalism and integrity. I was grateful and still am grateful because It can be terrifying when seeking legal advice/help without the possibility of being exploited. I highly recommend her and her team. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future Assets legal matters. To my surprise, their website is also impressive. It questions you to consider certain things to your possible probate issues and more. I think that's a fine way to underscore Ms. Alexis aspiration to help her clients and those within the community.

When my father passed in 2018, it was up to me, as executor of his estate, to get his affairs in order. I could NOT have done it without the exceptional duo of Alexis and Bruce Sitka. They answered countless phone calls to address my questions, comments, and concerns. They were happy to help if I didn't understand a term or legal jargon. They were willing to help me answer my family's questions regarding the situation with confidence. They were some of the most helpful people I've ever interacted with. They were courteous, professional, and had a sympathetic touch that let you know you were more than just a client. My father left a complicated financial situation behind, which required plenty of navigation with creditors, the IRS, and others. Alexis and Bruce were there to assist every step of the probate process. I would 100 percent recommend them as people who will not rest until your issues are handled, your questions are answered, and your mind is at peace. The situation I found myself in was complicated, but with their constant help and guiding, it seemed a little bit easier to navigate. Their responses were prompt, their investigation into any concern was thorough, and their effort to go above and beyond was apparent from beginning until the very end. I cannot say enough good things about them. I pray that no person encounters such a lengthy and frustrating probate situation as I found myself in.
