Very disappointed and confused by the premium detail I received. Did not match what is advertised in online reviews. Offer was made to fix the problems I had with the premium detail by the representative that did the detail and Mike, but this low quality detail shouldn't have happened in the first place. I was told I'd receive my refund in a business week. Hopefully this mistake doesn't happen again for someone else.

If you're in search of a company to clean your vehicle prior to shipping it off island, stop looking, you found the best one! You won't be disappointed with their quality! My island beater 1998 Honda CR-V was a well used vehicle that frequently saw sand and dirt and food be deposited on the floor and between seat cushions. But after coming here, there is no evidence or sign of any of that! It looks better than the day we bought it!

Cayden did such a fantastic detail on my vehicle, he made it look like it just came out of the showroom. My headlights were so dull, and he worked his major on them, as well as the detail work to my car. I will definitely be going back again regularly. I find my detail professional, and I’m so pleased. And Mike was also very accommodating in his flexibility of scheduling. Mahalo to two great guys..👍👍👍🌴🌴🌴

Mike did an incredible job detailing our car. Will definitely be recommending him and the business to friends and family. He was thorough, professional, and personable. Gonna call them up again for sure when we need another detailing.

Highly recommend Paradise Auto detail. We had mold issues on the seats n carpet due to leaving the window open in the rain. Took the van to Paradise Auto detail and they took care of the issue. Cleaned n treated now the interior looks like new. Awesome job!
