What a great experience with North Texas HVAC! One of our AC units stopped working and we called NT HVAC. They responded quickly. Austin was great—he diagnosed things in a flash and had us back up and running and cooled off in no time. Highly recommend. Update: NT HVAC saved us again. Our 25 yr old outdoor unit blew a part late Friday afternoon just ahead of the July 4th weekend. Hopeless to get it fixed amid a holiday weekend, right? Wrong! Bryan responded quickly to send out Isaac who did a very challenging repair and in 2 hours we were back in the cool for a great 4th. Thanks Bryan and Isaac!
They were prompt, very knowledgeable and professional. They diagnosed and repaired my unit that day and now my unit is cooling better than before! I have used them with my previous home as well with positive results! I highly recommend North Texas HVAC!

I would absolutely rate North Texas HVAC 5-start in every category as it pertains to response, customer service, professionalism and execution. The reason for the 4-star rating has only to do with cost. While I have not been concerned in the past (as I have used them often), this time I researched the part they had to replace and was minorly shocked at what was charged. I fully understand mark-up is needed to make a profit and I want them to succeed as they've been fabulous in taking care of me when called. And I will call then again but will likely look at parts pricing comparison before getting the work done.
Bryan and Isaac were fantastic to work with! Bryan replied immediately, and Isaac came out very quickly to fix the problem with our AC with expertise. Very impressed with this company, and would definitely work with them again!
