Another Health Care Debacle, I made an appointment with Dr Moreno a couple months ago for a January 15 2026 visit. This was for neck pain from a previous neck fusion I had 30 plus years ago by another neurosurgeon. I arrived at 8:15AM. I was seen by a nurse to take my vitals. As she left she said Dr Moreno would be in shortly. 10 minutes later, a male entered the room in navy blue scrubs. I said I was expecting to see Dr Moreno that I had made an appointment with. He mentioned that Dr Moreno doesn’t see patients with my conditions unless it’s for surgery. I drove a two hour round trip for nothing, just to be told, “maybe therapy, or injections would help with my pain”!!! I would suggest that patients be notified prior to their appointments, that the actual Dr would not be present. The patient can then decide if they want to waste their time and money, because I would have canceled. Refund payment back to my card!

I wouldn't trust this office. They make it difficult to get a detailed report about your visit. And when we did get it, it was full of errors. (Important information needed for other specialists) When we contacted them, they seemed friendly about correcting the errors. But after personally handing them a list of the errors, that they accepted, they never did anything to correct them. After weeks of waiting, we called them back & they denied ever getting the list. Liars. They told the police that we were harassing them. We called maybe 5 times over 2 months about this. They seem way too busy to do their job correctly, or maybe it's incompetence, Who knows. I'm not saying it was Dr Moreno's fault, he's probably just too busy himself to know what's going on. Steer Clear is my advice

Great team of professionals. Dr Moreno makes you feel very comfortable while he is working on my issue with L4 L5. At this point I feel I have made good progress with my lower back pain. The visits are well organized so you are in and out with very little delay. The waiting area is well organized for the safety of everyone. My 90 year old mother law has had great results with Dr Moreno as well.i feel its great to know you can make a call to his office get an appointment fairly quickly, which is very important when your in a lot of pain. Thank you to the Team!

Dr. Moreno and his wonderful team have been there for my Dad since the very moment we were told he needed surgery on his neck IMMEDIATELY. The fantastic team at BioSpine was able to see that my father had other issues more important than his back and reached out to Dr. Moreno and his team. Within the HOUR, Dr. Moreno had PERSONALLY contacted my Dad and spent every bit of 45 minutes on the phone with him at 4:00 on a Friday. He reassured my Dad that he was in good hands and he would do his best to help. Here we are 7 weeks out and my Dad is doing great and has feeling back in his hands. Just want to give a big THANK YOU to Dr. Moreno and his wonderful team for helping us get through this❤

Dr. Moreno and his team were excellent in caring for me for my first surgery procedure. Very professional and informative. Would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking help for their back. Dr. Moreno made sure I was aware of everything that was being done to me and made sure I was being cared for properly after the procedure as well. You can really tell he loves his job and takes pride in caring for people. I had 2 herniated disks for years with pinched nerves and the relief was immediate. I haven’t felt this good in years and I’m only 3 weeks into recovery.
