Regular maintenance on both a/c and furnaces have been beneficial. When one company told me I needed a new a/c Mid-Cities it and gave me years more life on the unit. Technicians have always been polite, knowledgeable. Their annual maintenance package is well worth the money, and provides prompt repairs if something goes wrong.
AC quit working Sunday pm. I left Mid Cities Air a message online that night. They called early Monday morning, and came out mid morning to do the repairs. All completed and AC running nice and cold by 11:00am. Thank you all very much! Glad I was referred to you by a close friend. Will be using your company going forward.
Hands down they have my business moving forward. Being a single mom, I get the run around from many companies. They gave me suggestions how to solve my AC issue before even scheduling an appointment. No one does that! They arrived within an hour of my call and fixed my AC - good price, no scare tactics, friendly, and professional. I will be adding their number to my contacts!

Jonathan was awesome! Originally I filed through my warranty but the company they use had terrible reviews. Mid-Cities on the other hand had great reviews and the service fee was less than the warranty company. They were responsive, on time, and very professional. He explained and checked everything and now I have ac again! Updated on 6/15/25 Jonathan came out to my home again to fix the AC. He called me at 7:00 on a Sunday morning, on Father's Day and was at my house in less than 30 minutes! He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It was a part that Mid-Cities replaced and was under warranty so he fixed it at no charge. I signed up for their membership program because they consistently provide great service and help the longevity of my unit.
