MARC Imaging gave me an amazing experience from the time my appointment was made by phone to the time I walked into the facility! I was Greeted by Carmen the front office medical clerk such a nice young lady who extended her courtesy and made checking in a smooth transition. I was than greeted by Nelson the imaging technician he was so informative and took the time to Answer all my questions and was very patient with me through the process. Its location is away from the hustle of the traffic but very convenient . No long lines no long sitting they are there to get the job done which is what we all are looking for! The best experience with results. Try it you want be disappointed .
I recently had an MRI performed at Marc Imaging Group, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and everyone took the time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. The MRI technologist was exceptional—patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the procedure. He clearly explained what to expect, which helped ease any anxiety I had especially since this was the first time getting an MRI done. The facility was clean, modern, and well-maintained, creating a calm and comfortable environment. What stood out most was the level of care and compassion shown by the entire team. They treated me with kindness and respect, making what could have been a stressful appointment a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Marc Imaging Group to anyone in need of imaging services. Their professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding patient care truly set them apart.
I have had neck pain for 3 weeks and Dr Naughtin from Beach Medical got me in same day with an affordable MRI. Nelson and Carmen are AMAZING! They really listen and treated me like family! They are so genuine and care about what I’m going through. This is the place to go to be taken care of!
Had to come here for an MRI. I was unsure what to expect with it being my first time but they made is so nice and enjoyable. Carmen at the front desk is so warm and welcoming and automatically makes you feel at ease. Her and the tech explained everything perfectly. It’s such a cute and clean facility. Also love the fact that I was in and out. I didn’t have to wait forever. Overall experience 10/10 and if I ever have to do an MRI again I hope it’s with Marc Imaging 😊
The Team @ Marc did an outstanding job of setting up my short notice appointment and sending me reminder texts. When I arrived they were friendly, peofessional and super accommodating. They explained the process, made sure I was comfortable and started right in time! The office is brand new, super clean, and state of the art. My reason for utilizing their service was rather unfortunate, but glad I met the Marc Team. They were amazing!
