I used this company to move a washing machine. I was kept informed of anticipated collection time by the office the previous night then confirmed by removers the next day. The 2 guys who came to move the machine were friendly and very efficient. It was transported and placed exactly where I wanted without any fuss. Great customer service company. Would recommend them for any item for removal. Very reasonable cost too.
Excellent Service from arranging the collection to completion of the job. Time and date was arranged to suit us and they rang a couple of hours before to say when they would arrive. Polite and efficient, wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.
Just moved into the area and contacted them via email. Despite several emails from me, Karen percevered in accomodating the move of a dining table, six chairs, three bookcases to Medomsley and a piano to Consett. Brian and Dale did the moving, two pleasant chaps, and very helpful. Definitely recommend them.
