I've been to this nail salon twice now, and both experiences have been amazing! Meghan and Chi are the sweetest and made me feel so welcome from the moment I walked in. They both took their time, paid attention to every detail, and did such a beautiful job on my nails. I'm so happy with the results every time. The salon is clean, relaxing, and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this salon, especially Meghan and Chii. I'll definitely be coming back! ❤️

Just dropped in here for the first time. Sarah gave me a manicure! She was so sweet and kind and did an amazing job! I am very impressed with how beautiful she made my nails look with just a basic manicure. Great job Sarah! I will be back💕

I hate being the one to complain about a service but I am extremely dissatisfied. The place is clean and workers were pleasant but the job done on my nails is horrible. I went yesterday and got a mani/pedi. My toes look like they were done by a preschooler. They were not shaped at all. Cuticles not done. The paint is uneven. For my fingernails I got a simple acrylic French tip. It looks awful and sloppy. My fingernails were not cut underneath. The acrylic is extremely thick and the shape is uneven. And the white paint is also completely uneven, blotchy and just looks like there was no care put into it at all. I really try to give places the benefit of the doubt but for $140 this is extremely unacceptable. Feels like I wasted my money. I am also 9 months pregnant and got these done for maternity photos so now I have to rip them off and hope I can salvage my nails. The level of disappointment is upsetting. Makes me never want to get my nails done again!!

Sophia is my girl! Lived in the fort myers area for 3 years & finally found my go to nail tech. Shes such a perfectionist. Love the salon too everyone there is always so nice and its in a great shopping location ☺️

I just moved to the complex next door and I adore this place, it’s definitely my new regular nail spot. Dani gave me the most wonderful deluxe pedicure that put me to sleep. She is so bubbly and kind, and instantly made me feel welcomed & pampered. I got my baby pink acrylic set done by Nina, who was a fellow mexicana and so funny. You can tell she loves what she does and even kept a conversation going, which you don’t see often in techs. Sometimes they just want to do your nails and move on. This is a lovely place! Truly warming.
