Perfection is the word that best describes Lifetime Air, LLC. From start to finish, the installation process for our new air conditioning system was absolutely impeccable. They are punctual, responsible, professional, and have amazing communication, excellent pricing, and outstanding customer service. Every single person involved — from the office staff to the technicians — was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly cared about making sure everything was installed correctly and working perfectly. They handled every detail, including registering the equipment warranty and coordinating with the city inspector to ensure the inspection was completed properly. It is rare to find a family-owned company that takes this much pride in their work and customer experience. They are a local business that truly deserves the community’s support because they are excellent at what they do. I personally read reviews before hiring companies, and that is exactly why I also take the time to write them. Real customer experiences are the best form of advertising, and Lifetime Air absolutely earned this review. Highly recommended!
I use Lifetime Air nine years ago when I got my current HVAC system installed. I’ve used them for any routine maintenance or repairs in the intervening years. Now that I need a new unit, I wouldn’t consider using anyone else. I recommend them to everyone.
We're very pleased with our new Rheem air conditioner. The installation was flawless, done by Joe and Arturo. We got 18 years out of our old unit, which did the job, but it seemed like a good time to upgrade. We're now confident that we'll be comfortable for many years in our home.
Jason from Lifetime Air LLC showed up in less than 2 hours of calling. He worked efficiently and thoroughly and confidently diagnosed my AC issues. He let me know what went wrong and pricing. Then he fixed the problem, did regular maintenance and had my little haven cool again in no time. He worked so cleanly you would never have known he was there. I plan on having them do my routine maintenance from now on.
Needed a new A/C system so I quoted multiple companies. Lifetime blew away the competition with their price & also came the next day to install. Service techs were efficient, professional & left the place spotless. I will stay with them for service, so I'm hoping that will be the same level of satisfaction.
