Excellent customer service from Ruby! She went above and beyond to help me, and my clothes were returned looking and smelling great. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers. We were overrun with laundry and were going to do it ourselves at the laundromat in the back. After considering the time and effort involved we decided to have them do it for us. 2 days and $1.30 a lb ok done. We picked the package up in 2 days and 16lbs $20 nicely folded and wrapped in plastic. We don't do this often, just when we have gotten behind with lots of bedding and don't want to kill our machines. The comforters and blankets are rated by size and weight and cost more.

Should just say close at 4:30 not 6pm. They fool alot of people with that. Just say you close at 4:30 not 6pm.

Ruby is one of the best things about this place. Good laundromat when she is there. Good service Decent hours. Friendly staff. Whatever she gets paid, it ain't enough. Whoever is supposed to be fixing the machines is not doing a very good job. Some of them have been down for months. Other than that, this is a decent and convenient laundromat, and the price is right.

My husband loves washing here. He comes here almost 2x a week. I love their washing machines, it cleans good, but why does nobody clean the detergent/fabric softener slot? Some are even so yucky now, especially the softener slot.
