I had a great experience with this dry cleaning service. The staff was professional and courteous, and my clothes came back looking fresh, clean, and perfectly pressed. The service was fast and reliable, and the prices were reasonable. I’ll definitely return for future cleaning needs. 👔

I've been here before. It's been a while. I'm not sure if it's a different owner, but it's not Pink anymore... unfortunately. $4.50 for the smaller wash and $9 for the larger wash... Dryer is 25 cents for 2 minutes, $5/20min is dries well for me.

Have you ever wanted to see what a complete failure of a business would look like? Well here’s your chance! Come on by the Kaimuki Laundromat to see how *not* to do basically everything. There are so many problems with this laundromat that it should suffice to say that it’s just plain awful, but to give a few examples: There’s no reliable parking; The prices are wildly high and, though the owner cannot figure out how to repair the machines, she finds no trouble in raising the prices - often; There are terminals on the machines for credit cards, but they don’t work; Basically half of the machines at any given time do not work, but if they are working, watch out because they might shred your clothing to ribbons; A dryer door literally fell off over a year ago and the same machine is still missing a door to this day; finally, it’s filthy and miserably hot in this laundromat. I can’t think of any good reason to come here - go literally anywhere else. Go bang your clothes on a rock in the river, that would be a more pleasant experience.

My first time ever using a public laundromat. I was surprised how quick the cycle was. 9 dollars for the big machine, 4.50 for the regular one. Nice folding area. And the people there, users like me, were extremely friendly.

So I went to the laundromat mistakingly, believing that this laundromat accepting credit cards due to the inaccurate AI description. Try to correct that in the Google maps but AI didn’t believe her. I had just walked all the way from Waialae and St. Louis which is almost a mile with my little wagon. I know it’s raining and cold so I was about to turn around and go walking in the rain again when the owner pulls up and asked me if everything was OK and explain to her the situation and she was able to help me out I was able to send her a Venmo and she gave me quarters and I got my laundry done in the nick of time. She’s a real sweetheart on top of it so I highly recommend this laundromat. Thank you, Erica you made my night a lot easier
