Hotel Villa Cattani Stuart is truly a wow experience. Everything about the stay was excellent. Super clean rooms, very friendly and welcoming staff, and a fantastic breakfast with plenty of quality options. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, especially the well-maintained garden and the relaxing pool area, which make the whole place feel peaceful and special. This is a place that is definitely worth a visit. I would happily come back again if I’m in the area.

The best place to be if you want quality, most friendly service, quite but not far from great restaurants, sea sides, unesco sites to visit within less than 45 minutes. The 'old villa' is also full of history, you can visit it for free on sundays. Great paintings and interesting stories of the people who lived there. You have the most wonderful 360 degrees view from the terrase of the 'old villa', all green, very peaceful and sunny but not overwelmingly hot. The Cattani family has chosen their staff one by one and with the best talent you can find coupled with positive attitude and happy smiles. We can mention Giovanna, the best receptionist of any hotels we have visited: she knows everything, from the best restaurant to where to buy and take home the best local fruits and vegetables.....and all with a charming smile. Not to mention the director of the hotel or Lorenzo, they are always there caring of a true, people-focused hospitality, and listening to your wishes and comments. If you want to visit le Marche or la costa di Rimini without the busy places of the seaside, this is the place to be.

The brothers that own this property take such pride in it. The entire staff was helpful and personable. The grounds are simple magical - traditional Italian feel, very lush and beautiful. The hotel is in walking distance to the town and to restaurants. I'd stay there again!

Villa Cattani Stuart is so lovely in every way! We highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay in the Pesaro area. The grounds are beautiful, wonderful service and very comfortable room, bed, and linens. We stayed for five nights and loved it. The breakfast is wonderful. Lunch is also available. For dinner we walked down the block to a nice restaurant called La Vecchia Cantina. We ate there four nights. From the Villa it was about 15 minutes to the beach or the center of Pesaro. We also drove about an hour to visit the micro-country San Marino. That was a great day. Lastly, we also enjoyed a private tour of the villa by the owner Frederico.

A super beautiful villa turned hotel in the nature with a picturesque swimming pool, perfect for a weekend getaway. The place is fairly small and intimate, we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The bathrooms in my opinion could use a little bit of renovation, but other than that everything was great and spotless clean
