Lis did my hair and I’m very happy with the result. She’s attentive, very skilled with cuts, and her prices are reasonable. I especially appreciate how honest she is. She never tries to push products or services that aren’t right for my hair type. It’s clear she truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend Lis if you’re looking for a skilled and trustworthy stylist.
I love this place! I have wavy/curly hair and I’ve always struggled to find someone who knows what to do with it. The haircut Lis gave is probably the best haircut I’ve ever had, and it was affordable too. I’ve seen curly cuts priced at hundreds of dollars at other salons, and that’s not the case here. Lis also recommended some excellent products for my hair, which I’ve been using consistently and have seen good results. The salon is decorated very cute, it’s easy to book online, and everyone I’ve spoken with has been very personable.
Finally a place to call home! I’ve never had anyone take my hair this seriously, and I’m so glad I found Clay. He takes the time to understand the style and texture of your hair and cuts it exactly how it should be cut. Hair Bella isn’t a quick in-and-out kind of salon — they’re true professionals who focus on doing things the right way. I can’t recommend them enough.
Great cut, dye looks very nice but darker than I was wanting(Still love it though), stylist was very knowledgeable and friendly (Angela), but kind of pricey... I would return for a cut but not the dye. Mostly for the cost. Edit: (Nothing new happened, I just forgot about this detail.) My mom originally called several times trying to book an appointment and left a voicemail telling exactly what we wanted, but we never got a reply. Several weeks later, I called them myself and was met with a... let's just say a very unintrested lady who hardly spoke and was very lazy. I asked her to call my mom back and gave her the number. She called my mom and gave me the report on her attitude. Nothing too big of a deal to me, but, you know, it isn't too professional, so I'm just throwing that out there. :)
I made an appointment for 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 13th. I arrived at the salon ten minutes early. No one was at the reception area, so I let myself in as I normally do and sat in the waiting area. A woman, who appeared to be the receptionist, walked past me several times without acknowledging my presence. She continued to walk by me as if I wasn’t there. A male employee then came through the door and also walked past me without greeting or acknowledging me. At 9:31, he approached me and said he was ready. I sat in the chair, and he asked what service I needed. I told him I needed highlights. He said he did not have time for highlights because he had another client scheduled after me. I told him that was fine and got up to leave. He followed me and said he would be charging me for canceling the reservation and would block me from booking with him in the future. I was shocked. I explained that I had booked a haircut because there was no option for highlights, but I had clearly noted in my appointment that I needed highlights only. I chose the earliest available time because I had to be at work at 11 a.m. I told him his attitude from the beginning was rude and his demeanor was unacceptable. I asked for a business card for management, and he refused, instead yelling at me to leave. I could not believe what was happening. No employee should behave this way, especially when their mood could affect the quality of someone’s service. I have been to this salon before and have always been treated with respect by Liz. This employee is by far the rudest person I have encountered in my life, and with 20 years of experience working in the hotel industry, I have never dealt with behavior like his. His name is Michael
