I had such a great experience getting my hair done here. The women who did my hair were so kind, professional, and welcoming, and they really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. They listened to exactly what I wanted and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I’m honestly so happy with the results — my hair looks amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Yesterday, I had a bad experience at a salon. I have short hair and asked the stylist for advice on what highlight color would suit me, since my hair has a bit of red. I wasn’t sure if I should bleach all my hair first or just get highlights with foils. She suggested foils and asked if I wanted to keep the red on the ends, but I said I wanted my hair base lighter. However, she didn’t lighten my base first and just did the highlights. When she finished, I was in a hurry, so I paid £120 and left. The next day, I saw that the back of my hair was black, and the front was a mix of grey and red. I messaged her and went back the next day to fix it, asking for the highlights to match the base color. She told me nothing could be done because of my hair type, but as a professional, she should’ve lightened the base first. Today, she colored my hair again, but the back was still different from the front and looked red. She said it couldn’t be fixed and charged me £40 more. When I complained, she insisted her work was fine and that my hair wasn’t damaged. In the end, I spent two days and £160 on hair that still didn’t match. I was very disappointed.

Had a wonderful time getting my hair and makeup done by Nadia. Nadia was so lovely and perfectly styled my hair and makeup as per the pictures I referenced. I loved the result. I got so many compliments on how wonderful it looked. I massively recommend and will be going back!
