This location has been my go to for a couple years now. The owners son did a fabulous job with my pedicure. I had another employee by the name of Susan that did my manicure. I asked her to remove the polish and dip from a previous visit and reshape my nails so I could work better with them at my job. I was charged $35 for removal and a manicure. After my appointment I went home and started looking at my nails better. I still have a ton of residue on my all of my nails, that should have been removed at the salon. I now have to soak my nails and remove the residue at home. I refuse to go back to diamond nails. I wish Susan would have done a better job.

So my second time bringing my business here. First visit was with Maria! She did excellent. I was 100% happy. Fast forward two weeks….I got Kim the owner, well she sealed the deal that I”ll keep looking for a “good” nail salon in Cape Coral. She goes way too fast and is reckless with the drill. Yanking and pulling on my hands, fingers and arms. I was a little scared about the hand massage but that ended up not being too bad. If rough and fast is what you are looking for please see Kim. If kind soft and good nail art is what you want, please see Maria. There also doesn’t seem to be a good dress code or code of conduct. You have tech’s with their breast about to be on the table and walking away to hit the vape. Note to Maria-find a new salon, you are better than your coworkers!

My favorite nail salon in Cape Coral! ❤️ I love my nails every time! I attached photos. I love this nail salon downnnn! Everyone is so sweet! They’ll accommodate anything you want w/out question. I’ve been to others & Diamond spa & nails is the best! 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!

Horrible experience. Now I remember why I stopped going here! So I used to go here maybe 5 years ago, I wasn’t impressed so I stopped going. I ran into the owner and she told me I should come back. BIG MISTAKE!! I went to the salon to get a fill and a pedicure. The owner did my pedicure and she did a decent job. Then she handed me off to another nail tech and a swear she just started because she had no clue what she was doing. Long story short, it’s been three days and my nails are separating which means my nails are getting caught on everything. Girl, you could use glue to seal the edges of the nails to keep them from separating? It’s giving amateur. Anyway the owners are kind but I’ll take my chances, family and friends elsewhere!

Diamond Spa and Nails is the best!! I love going here! They are my regulars now :) Kim and her husband are the sweetest and always make my nails look AMAZING!! The atmosphere is beautiful and calm, they have tv to watch and everything. I am never disappointed when I come here! This is the BEST nail salon in Cape Coral! I’ve never had a bad experience here
