⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recommend the personal training team at Crunch Fitness Cherrydale! From the very beginning, everyone has been welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me reach my goals. A special thank you to my trainer, Ethan. He is knowledgeable, encouraging, and knows how to challenge me while making every workout enjoyable. He takes the time to explain exercises, adjusts workouts to fit my fitness level, and always motivates me to push a little further. I never feel judged only supported. When my circumstances changed, the team was incredibly understanding and worked with me to find a plan that allowed me to continue training instead of giving up on my goals. That level of customer care meant a lot to me. If you’re looking for personal training with coaches who truly care about your success, I highly recommend Crunch Fitness Cherrydale and Ethan. Thank you for helping me become stronger and healthier plus I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with you!
This Crunch Fitness is among the greatest gyms in the country. The staff are very friendly and super helpful, especially their General Manager Michael. Michael truly cares about not only the Crunch brand but also his local gym community. Every time I have crossed paths with him he always goes out of his way to brighten my workout. I can’t think of a better person to represent the Crunch community than this location’s General Manager Michael. This location is beautiful, and leagues above any other Crunch in my area, W’s in the chat for the g.o.a.t Michael he’s doing an incredible job.
Staff are super chill so flexible and kind even if they don’t know something they try to help!! Gym is okay enough equipment to have a good pump!! Im always visiting from Colorado.
This review is of Crunch Corp, NOT the Cherrydale location. When you want to cancel, you must appear in person and fill out a form, OR, since I moved away, I was required to write a cancellation notice and send it via CERTIFIED MAIL, at my expense ($~10 dollars)...in other words, they make it as hard as possible to cancel, so be aware when you join. Beyond that, I have visited many Crunch Clubs. They need to do a better job in three areas. 1)Maintaining equipment and showers 2) Enforce that people need to stay OFF of their phones while sitting on equipment, and 3) Most importantly, establish an anti-selfy anti-video culture. People routinely set up tripods and video their workouts and have an entitled attitude about those around them who are just trying to work out. No, this is not a private video studio...they need to "get a room".
This location in particular lacks in so many areas . The bathrooms and showers are filthy I wait until I get home . Sign up and canceling is just downright ridiculous and the classes that they have are so minimal that you have to travel to other locations they have no morning Zumba or dance that my wife likes only nights so she has to travel out of her way to do any it’s really getting to us especially with a new baby traveling to do a class is not an option
