Since the first day Complete Care Claremont location make me feel like family, they explained me everything step-by-step. Because after that I got involved in the bad experience of a car accident you have a lot of information and things that you didn’t know and they helped me in all my questions and make the process very smooth. All the staff members treat me with patience, professionalism and respect. They always have I smile and good attitude. With this review, I want to give special thanks to: Dr. Annette, Mr. Parker, Mrs. Gaby, Mrs., Victoria, Mrs. Jess, Mrs. Imani and Mrs. Tiffany. Continue doing the good job that you are doing guys. God bless this office. I love the staff so much. The Doctor is so amazing at what she does, even when she is busy she still makes time to make every visit meaningful. Every time I come in, I work with Jess and she is the best !!!! The office is so busy but it’s always amazing to come join the party and get better. If your looking for a honest doctor come here and if your looking for a job come here. They could use the help
I’ve been treating here for about two months and the staff is absolutely amazing. Dr.Whitehurst is great with my kids and explained the adjustment to my daughter who was nervous and now she loves to get adjusted. Even when the doctor is extremely busy she still makes every encounter special. Me and my daughter was a walk in new patient and with her being so busy she still made time to see us an hour before she closed. I truly trust and love the staff here. If you are ever in an accident come here the entire office feels like family that cares about you getting better.
When I first came to complete care, I was in extreme pain and in tears. I thought I would never feel normal again. Now, most pain is gone and no more tears. The staff is wonderful! Don't give up and know that no matter how much pain you're in, it does get better.
Very professional, explains everything and does not rush treatment. Provides a goal daily of what treatment is hoping to achieve and provide the best morale support. Highly recommended.
