This is the best studio I have practiced at in my several years of yoga in several locations. Very nice studios, great locker rooms, very hygiene conscious. All props are cleaned after each session. I had sessions with 3 different instructors who were all excellent. Highly recommend. I was in Cape Coral for only a month but this would be my go to if I lived here.
Recommend this beautiful, bright and clean yoga studio. We all love the slightly padded floor in the spacious room. Yoga flow with Lisa is my favorite class, she is all about good form and making sure we don't injure ourselves.
Great studio! I love the vibe here. So many yoga spots are either single room studios with no amenities or full amenities, but in a heavily masculine gym setting. Cape Coral Yoga & Pilates is the best of both - a designated yoga studio, with a zen yoga vibe, plus clean & bright locker rooms, showers, plenty of extra props, great staff, variety of classes, easy online registration, multiple studios. They even have a small zen-focused gift shop in the lobby. Great space, great people, and great package deals.
CCYP is my yoga place since 2019. Great teachers and 5 Star organizations. Thankfully that a friend brought me to CCYP. A wonderful Atmosphere in and out the classes. Always. I love it.
Very friendly, knowledgeable, great experience! Have tried several different classes to find what works for me and they were all wonderful! Beautiful facility: New locker rooms, new studio rooms (2), boutique, everything to make your visit enjoyable! You will leave with a smile and feeling great.
