As an amateur euphonium player, I frequently use Cadance Music’s various services to maintain the integrity of my Geneva Cardinal euphonium. What I am most impressed with is their craftsmanship and repair technicians. On a Delta flight last year, my euphonium was damaged severely on the bell and I was worried the damage would affect the instrument’s quality even after repairs. Todd ensured that the instrument was professionally repaired and it was as good as new (pictures of before and after attached). The communication and attention to detail was outstanding and I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking anything brass related. Todd has also assisted me on several occasions with tuba rentals to support my preparation for brass band events, helping me get my embouchure performance-ready. All in all, Cadance is my preferred service location for all of my brass playing needs, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their services.

Up until now I've had to only have interaction with the business over the phone due to my child renting an instrument through Cadence but within school. Anytime I've had a question, they've always been polite and very helpful over the phone. Today I had to go in to return their instrument and get some items for the new instrument they will be learning. Staff was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Absolutely positive experience with Cadence Music in Ft Myers. Went to several guitar outlets in the area pricing guitars and asking basic questions as a beginner guitar player. Cadence by far was the best. Henri in particular took time with me and was a wealth of knowledge without pressuring me in any way. I ended up purchasing my guitar here without hesitation. The store may be off the beaten path a bit but it’s definitely worth checking out. You won’t be disappointed!!

Can’t speak highly enough of Adam, who worked on my Yani curved soprano. The staff were also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Although I am in Sarasota, I’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Cadence!
