Ryan from Built to Last built custom redwood fence toppers for our backyard, with Sam assisting on the project. Their workmanship was excellent, and their attention to detail showed throughout. Pricing was fair and straightforward. The toppers have already held up through heavy rain and high winds with no issues. Honest, reliable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend and would definitely work with them again!

McDonough is a real, upfront, straight to the point contractor, so need to worry the job will get done. Ryan was very helpful, he added a zone and replaced my existing irrigation valves plus repaired some stucco damage. Overall I was very pleased with the job and I will definitely call Built to Lasts Improvements.

Ryan at Built To Last Improvements did an outstanding job on our property. He handled handled our exterior deck staining and repaired a few sections. The finish has held up beautifully. He also installed a new chainlink fence with privacy slats, which came out clean, and exactly how we wanted it. Ryan was professional, communicative, and clearly takes pride in his work. The job was done on schedule, the site was kept clean, and the pricing was fair and transparent. Even after we moved, the quality of his work still stands out.
