Vitaliy is truly passionate about his work. I did not know what to expect as this was my first experience in this. I’ve always been interested and it over exceeded my expectations. The yoga stretched me in new ways I haven’t felt, but needed. The breath work made me feel at peace AND then the sound healing therapy did something incredible for my soul. For once I felt still but actually present and my soul re-energized. The vibrations from the sounds even when not touching you directly will give you goosebumps! I felt it in my skull and it appealed to all my senses in a magical way! I truly cannot recommend Vitaliy enough!

Vitaly’s uplifting frequency is contagious. He is extremely welcoming, with a kind heart. The yoga/breath work/meditation/sound healing class was healing on a cellular level. I had a full energetic balancing experience during the group session- one that I’ve only experienced during acupuncture. I felt much more anchored, clear and relaxed afterwards. My 86 year old Dad attended his first class as well, and said he experienced deep healing within his digestive system, which has been a recent ongoing journey. Highly recommended Vitaly for anyone interested in deepening their connection to these practices!! :)

Honestly, these yoga and healing sessions have been a lifesaver. Whenever I feel overwhelmed—especially with the demands of dental work—they help me reset, through sound healing, and feel grounded again. Namaste.

Around this time last year, I attended this awesome breath-work sessions led by Vitaly, who was also a fellow student back then. It was during Navratras (Durga Puja), and he had been fasting for three days, surviving only on fruits. Naturally, we started wondering if it was a great idea to fast for nine whole days during an intense yoga training. By day four, we were all joking that Vitaly seemed to be losing his vitality! Out of care (and a little concern), we convinced him to have a proper meal that evening. Maybe in return, he offered to host a special breath-work and sound healing session on his terrace under the full moon (Purnima night). To be honest, I was skeptical at first — but just 10 minutes into the intense breathing, I felt my body getting lighter, emotions surfacing, and a few tears rolling down. The group energy was incredible — everyone synced in, pushing each other deeper into the experience. And honestly, I’ve always wondered how this guy who eats like three people never ends up with a belly… Guess I found my answer that night, watching him guide us through those powerful breathing techniques. Can’t wait for you to come back and host more of these breathwork and sound healing sessions in India. What a night. ✨

I really appreciated how Vitality held space during the “Paint In Flow: From Stillness To Canvas” session. It felt safe, grounded, and allowed me to open up and receive beautiful messages I needed from the Akashic Records. Everything flowed seamlessly—asana, pranayama, meditation, sound, sharing, and painting. The overall energy was light, nurturing, and deeply comforting.
