We have recently moved into our new home in Elmore, built by the team at BLJ Building. We couldn't be happier with the results. Our new individual, accessible, forever home is everything we imagined and more. We had some very specific needs and requests for Brendan and the team, given that we needed a fully wheelchair accessible home. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Dom and the boys on site, and they were always double checking that everything was as we wanted and needed it to be, from the way a door swung to the height of accessible benches, vanities, sinks etc. to the fitting of some of our individual, hand made light fittings and doors just to name a few. There were some minor adjustments from the plans, and the team were always happy to have us on site, to check on options, or make small adjustments. This was a once in a lifetime project for us, and Brendan was able to help us work through decisions and choices that we were not previously considered. The quality of finishes and attention to detail are definitely noticed by anyone that visits us in our new home. We would have no hesitation in recommending Brendan and the team to anyone considering a bespoke, one-off new home or renovation.

We are so happy with the service we received from Brendan and his team in building our new home. From our first contact and throughout the build, Brendan was straight talking and easy to work with. During the build, we were consistently impressed with the high standards of workmanship from both the BLJ boys (credits to Dom) and also the trades. They truly cared about every little detail. We had a great experience building our new dream home with BLJ Building, From the initial consultation to our beautifully finished family home Brendan was helpful, very approachable, organised and extremely easy to work with. Brendan, his employees and tradesman were professional, friendly, highly skilled and stood behind their workmanship. The quality of the finishes are outstanding. We are so pleased to say that the build was done efficiently, on time and totally stress free. We love, that the end result, is a completely custom built house with all of our personal taste and needs incorporated. I have no hesitation in recommending BLJ 😊

Our experience building with Brendan was overwhelmingly positive. As first time renovators, we had heard of many bad experiences from others but from our first contact with Brendan he was very easy going and helpful. He was able to give us a detailed quote so we had an accurate idea of costs and there were no unexpected surprises. He was easy to contact and happily answered our many questions throughout the build. Brendan was accommodating to some changes we wanted to make once things had started and all of his team and the various trades we dealt with were all professional and approachable. We love our new house and appreciate all of Brendan's help along the way and his hard work. The whole process was easy and stress free for us and we would definitely recommend BLJ to others and use them again in the future.

We built with BLJ Building in 2022. Brendan's very down to earth approach made the whole experience very stress free and easy. Brendan was very accommodating to what we wanted and wasn't hesitant to make any changes we requested throughout the building process. He understood our vision for our home and made it come to life. Brendan kept us informed throughout the whole process with frequent phone calls and onsite visits.
