I rang Becks Plumbing and spoke with Stu. I explained the problem I had , he was able to call later that day and assess the the work required he quoted the price including his call out fee,Stu was able to fit a new toilet cistern and fit both hot and cold valves to the kitchen sink tap. All told including going to pick the part required Stu was here about 1.5 hours. I was impressed how professional and knowledgeable Stu was. The price was what I expected. Many thanks Stu. And yes would recommend BPS.
Contacted Stu this morning about a leak in the kitchen, couldn't find the source and was going without water. Stu managed to fit me in today and find the issue and fix it all in excellent time. He had a very friendly and approachable demeanor and very reasonable prices. Very satisfied will be recommending him to all my friends and family. Thanks!!
Stu came out to investigate a leak that I’d been trying to track down for over a week without any luck. Not only did he quickly find the source, but it turned out to be in one of the most awkward places to access. Despite it being the hottest day of the year, he fixed it there and then with minimal disruption. The workmanship was excellent with a very fair price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Becks Plumbing and will definitely be using them again!
after reading all comments about becks plumbing i decided to ask for help with a small job, bought a new washing machine and i had trouble fitting it myself, water hose from pipe to washer had frozen, the stopcock had frozen, got in touch explained the problem,he phoned to say he could do the job, and would be in touch by phone again when he was able to do the work. the next day he did phone gave a time arrived on time,he done all the work very professionally, ( even got the machine dropped on his toe capped boots) cleaned all work, tested machine for leaks, all perfect. took less than 1hour to take old washer out and fit new one. i would not hesitate in asking him to do more work for me in the future. thanks very much stew for you good work. 5stars *
Very professional plumber. Very quick to do my plumbing job.After sending a query about plumbing dishwasher waste in under the sink Stu rang me to ask about the work needed. He then said he could come the next day to see what parts were needed and give a quote. If I accepted the quote he would do the work there and then. I accepted the quote as it was very reasonable. Stu also stayed a while till dishwasher emptied to make sure everything was ok with the work he had done. Highly recomend this plumber as very professional, cares about the quality of his work and that the customer is happy.
