I called Bakers to schedule a annual check up as summer is approaching. Bakers sent out Jimmy to service my air conditioner. First off the appointment was for 12pm. Jimmy called me about an hour early to see if I was available any earlier. I said absolutely and yes sir! That was huge for me because I had things to do today. Jimmy showed up and got right to work. I bought my house about 18 months and gave me several recommendations. My air conditioner is now pushing more air and cooling more than ever. Bakers is an absolute must use especially here on Pine Island. Thank you again to the entire Bakers Air company for honest and fair service and prices! I have been a customer of Baker's for the last 4 years with their maintenance program, always have done a great job. I needed to purchase a new central A/C for my home, when putting out bids they gave the best price and the best warranty. I have to say dealing with a local family-owned Cape Coral business was the best decision I made with purchasing a new home A/C. All I can say this company is one of the best in SW Florida.

Professional service from scheduling to when Eric the technician came to fix my air. He knew exactly what it needed. It was 94 in my house and I was miserable and after he left it dropped down to 83. Reasonable priced and you know what I really was impressed with? I have recently became a widow and my husband always took care of the house. I didn't have a clue. I am 80 and have always feared that I would be scammed because of my ignorance. Eric showed me the "Cooked Compressor" and showed me the new one he installed. I felt like my adult grandson was in my home. I would recommend Bakers to anyone. If I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you Bakers and Eric...thank you too. You are a special kind of man. Honest and you knew what you were doing. Very friendly yet very Professional.
I signed up online for a service call for no cooling on my AC unit. By 9 am, I had an appointment for service between 10 am and 12 pm. Jim called and arrived at 10:45. He had it fixed in 1/2 hour and AC was working great! Cound not have asked for better service and the price was more than reasonable! Definitely recommend Bakers!!!
