This company is a joke, people pay service charges for these to clean the communal areas and they spend 2 minutes here, have now decided not to bother mopping at all and have left the same rubbish for weeks in the communal hallway. I've reported them to the housing association. They never do the extra jobs listed on the sheets either.. bone idle the lot of them.

Very poor company. They are contracted to clean for my disabled son. They often don't turn up, or come on random days. No dusting done, kitchen floor not washed, nothing done in bathroom. I've complained on a number of occasions but had no response. My son is blind and can't see whats not done. They take advantage of this and get him to sign a sheet saying work done. Definately

APM quoted for work that they don’t have the skills to carry out properly. The clean was a disappointment and the service was really poor too. On their website they promote a commitment where there is no charge should the customer be unsatisfied with the quality or service. Unfortunately I paid ahead and they’re refusing to give me a refund. I wish I’d gone elsewhere

If you want your conservatory cleaned I would look elsewhere. Not overly impressed with the standard of the work carried out and certainly don't appreciate being made to feel like we are defrauding the company by requesting a refund, for not being satisfied with service we paid for.

Quality cleaning, by awesome people. This is an innovative company with fantastic customer service and I have never witnessed a job they have done that hasn't been professional and well done.
