Great concept, but style compromises functionality: Staff is very kind and accommodating. I understand the unique "art hotel" concept, but unfortunately, the design choices often come at the expense of comfort and practicality. While every room is different, my experience was hampered by several issues: Room Design & Function: My room featured "funky" design elements that made daily routines difficult. Specifically, the lighting in the bathroom was distracting and impractical (a rotating kaleidoscope effect), which made simple tasks like shaving very difficult. Furthermore, the furniture—specifically the closet and desk—felt poorly constructed, wobbly, and amateurishly finished. Noise & Insulation: The soundproofing is insufficient. The walls are thin, and the tile flooring causes voices, TV audio, and hallway traffic to echo directly into the bedroom. I strongly suggest the hotel install thicker door seals and use carpet runners in the hallways to help absorb the sound. Breakfast Service: While adequate, the service lacked a personal touch. Simple additions, such as offering made-to-order eggs, would elevate the breakfast experience significantly. Location & Guest Benefits: The hotel is situated at the far end of the beach, resulting in a 30+ minute walk to the center of town and the train station. While the location is beachfront, the lack of partnerships with local vendors is a missed opportunity. Having no agreements for discounts on beach loungers (bagni) or the bike rental shop located directly across the street makes the hotel feel disconnected from the local area. Overall, I the hotel needs to offer a tighter, tidier, and more complete package giving the heavy competition that other hotels all in better locations do to make the Guest feel they were provided for on all levels

Very disappointing experience. I booked a 2-night stay, but when I arrived late at night I informed the reception that we would stay only 1 night. They told me the morning staff would take care of it. The next morning when I checked out, they forced me to pay for both nights. I paid and left, assuming the issue could be resolved later. Later that day my plans changed and I wanted to return to the same room I had already paid for, but the hotel told me the room had already been sold to someone else and I needed to find another hotel. So I was charged for two nights, stayed only one night, and when I wanted to use the night I had paid for the room was already given to another guest. Also the room layout was strange: the bathroom had two doors connecting two rooms, which felt like a shared bathroom setup, although it wasn’t clearly explained. Overall, very poor handling of the situation and definitely not a professional approach.

Boutique hotel with an emphasis on art. Very comfortable, and excellent customer service.

Quiet, good location, great selection for breakfast. The pool outside is a bonus

First off I'd like to say all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was kept clean, and we had a great view from the room. Unfortunately the hotel is nothing like the photos online, the whole Hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. We had 4 boxes of materials dumped in our room that looked like the art had fallen off the walls. The shower had a makeshift repair and had silicone all over. The wooden outdoor seating had paint flaking that stuck to your body. The seating and cushions were badly cracked and ripped. I would say this is a 2 star Hotel in it's current state and not definitely not 4 stars
